Sebastian Winiarowski has been involved with OT Logistics Capital Group since March 2015, when he took over the position of the Financial Controller at C.Hartwig Gdynia S.A. Since May 2016 he acts the Operations Controller at the Logistics Division of OT Logistics. He graduated from the University of Szczecin, Faculty of Management and Economics of Services. He also finished a postgraduate course in International Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards. He is a financial controller and analyst with over a dozen years of experience. He gained his professional expertise working with large Capital Groups, such as Telekomunikacja Polska (Orange), Lotos Group or ENERGA Group. He took over the position of the Member of Management Board of Rentrans Cargo Sp. z o.o. on March 30th, 2017.
Graduate of Poznan University of Technology (Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, 1997) and of a postgraduate program in modern production and logistics management as well as of postgraduate management studies. He has over a dozen years of experience in the field of production and logistics management. He has held management positions with many companies, including in the years 2004-2007 with Odratrans S.A., H. Cegielski – Poznań S.A., STOMIL – Poznań S.A. and JAMALEX Sp. z o.o., where he developed and implemented solutions related to strategic management and optimization of production and logistics systems management processes. Andrzej Klimek is also a lecturer at Poznan University of Technology and the WSB University in Poznań. At OT Logistics S.A. he acts as the Vice-President of the Management Board responsible for coordination of operating activities carried out by the companies from the OT Logistics Capital Group.
Graduate of Maritime Academy in Gdynia (currently Gdynia Maritime University), Faculty of Navigation, specialization: Port and Ships Operations. From January to June 2003 he worked with Maersk Line Malaysia at the Port of Tanjung Pelepas, gaining professional experience. Then he spent the next three years working with Wincanton Trans European Polska, where he managed the sea freight department in Gdynia. From 2006 onward he was professionally involved with Morska Agencja Gdynia, where he was responsible for developing cooperation with Far East agents. He spent a year at Morska Agencja Gdynia office in Shanghai, which allowed him to get well acquainted with the Far East business culture. In 2009 he took over the position of Part Load Container Department Manager, so undertaking to build and develop this department from scratch. From January 2010 onward he acted as the President of the Management Board of Sealand Logistics Sp. z o.o., as the company’s co-founder and main originator. Since September 2016 he has acted as the President of the Management Board of C.Hartwig Gdynia and the Director of the Freight Forwarding Division at OT Logistics Capital Group.
Graduate of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, major in finance and banking, as well as MBA studies (Executive Master of Business Administration). Mr Radosław Krawczyk has more than ten years professional experience in managing the finance of companies, and specifically in: financial liquidity, controlling, financial risk, insurance and credit policy, debt collection, funding, financial and operational restructuring, cooperation with banks and investors.Since 2003 he has been professionally related to PKP Cargo Group, where he became the Company Financial Director in 2009. Starting from 2015 he was a Member of the Management Board of PKP Cargo Connect Sp. z o.o. and from 2016 a Member of the Management Board of PKP Cargo Connect GmbH seated in Hamburg. Moreover, he has been a member of the supervisory boards of companies related to the railway market and insurance for many years. He also acted for some years as an independent member of the Audit Committee at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Construction. Currently Vice President of the Management Board responsible for controlling and consolidation areas, as well as purchasing, IT and administration, plus supervision of the operation of the Common Services Centre, where the Capital Group activities related to accounting, HR and payroll are carried out.
